2. Contract Formation

Unless expressly designated as an order confirmation, the message automatically generated by Goguette Swiss’s computer system in response to an order placed on www.goguette.ch is merely an acknowledgment of receipt.

An order is only accepted once confirmed by Goguette Swiss, either in the form of an order confirmation, a signed offer by the client, or execution of the order.

3. Product Availability

The products listed on www.goguette.ch or in Goguette Swiss’s catalogs are available while stocks last. Availability indications are purely indicative.

4. Prices

The prices listed on the website and in the catalogs are subject to change at any time. Prices are in CHF, including VAT. Shipping costs are charged in addition unless the goods are picked up at Goguette Swiss’s collection point.

5. Payment Terms

For online purchases, payment is made via PostFinance. In other cases, payment is required within 30 days. After this period, late payment interest applies. The goods remain the property of Goguette Swiss until full payment is received.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are 5 to 6 weeks for wine cellars and up to 10 days for other products. In case of delay, the client must grant an additional period to Goguette Swiss. A delay cannot, under any circumstances, give rise to compensation for damages.

Shelves and accessories are delivered by post. Wine cellars are delivered by Goguette Swiss’s delivery service or can be collected from the Goguette Swiss collection point. If the client is absent at the time of delivery, additional costs are at their expense.

7. Installation and Commissioning

Installation and commissioning are the client’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed, and must comply with the instructions available on www.goguette.ch.

8. Warranty

The products are guaranteed for 5 years. Goguette Swiss undertakes to repair or replace a defective product, to the exclusion of any other liability. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect installation or use, or unauthorized interventions.

9. Newsletter

Clients who have purchased products from Goguette Swiss automatically receive the newsletter unless they unsubscribe on www.goguette.ch.
